孤立性纤维性肿瘤 (Solitary fibrous tumor)
孤立性纤维性肿瘤是一种罕见的间叶源性肿瘤,可发生于全身各部位,以胸膜最为常见。该肿瘤起源于CD34阳性的树突状间质细胞,特征性分子改变为NAB2-STAT6基因融合。临床表现因肿瘤位置和大小而异,多数为生长缓慢的无痛性肿块,部分可因压迫周围组织出现相应症状,少数可引起副肿瘤综合征如肥大性骨关节病或低血糖。影像学多表现为边界清晰的富血供占位,确诊依赖组织病理学及STAT6核阳性免疫组化。完整手术切除是主要治疗手段,对于无法切除或转移性病例,可考虑靶向治疗或抗血管生成治疗。该病在精准医学研究与罕见病数据平台中受到关注。
